The frontman, 26, helped Killie on their way to a comfortable 2-0 victory over Ross County at the weekend.
Topping his goal tally for the season up to 10, the former Livingston and Aberdeen player peeled off his marker to reach the end of an inch-perfect cross courtesy of Danny Armstrong. He nodded home beyond Jordan Amissah, giving the County keeper no chance of preventing the hosts from taking a deserved lead on 38 minutes.
Anderson arrived as a free agent last summer. While he is the club’s top scorer this season, he’s made just 14 starts across his 26 appearances in all competitions for Derek McInnes.
