It was clear long before last season ended that the Kilmarnock attack would look very different for the 2025-26 campaign.
With Danny Armstrong and Bobby Wales leaving, along with Innes Cameron, new manager Stuart Kettlewell had a job on his hands to revamp the front line.
Some steps have been taken toward that as the players return to training, with Scott Tiffoney and Greg Kiltie joining and, potentially further arrivals to come.

The first consideration is, clearly, what formation the new manager will employ.
Throughout most of his time at Motherwell, Kettlewell set up in a 3-4-2-1 or 3-5-2 shape.

Indeed, some of the complaints from fans toward the end of his term centred around a perceived failure to either sign or play wingers.
